WPD Expands Leadership Team: Lee Morse Joins to Co-Lead Company’s Growth

Houston, TX – December 4, 2025 — Worldwide Power Distribution (WPD) is excited to announce that Lee Morse has joined as President and Managing Partner. With more than a decade of friendship and professional collaboration, John and Lee are now uniting their expertise to guide WPD into its next chapter.

Lee joins WPD following a successful run as a key leader in building and scaling American Spot Cooling and American Power Rentals, staying on after the sale and helping lead Mobile Air & Power Rentals in its expansion across the US. His technical insight, project management experience, and entrepreneurial leadership align perfectly with John’s expertise and vision for WPD. Together, they aim to build on WPD’s momentum and become the top provider of distribution rentals.
